The PCEDC's office are located within the Penquis Higher Education Center facility at 50 Mayo Street, Dover-Foxcroft.

East From Guilford:
Take Route 15 west to Dover-Foxcroft. At first stoplight, hang a right, go over downtown bridge and take a right at the next stop light. Continue about a 1/10 mile. Across from the Southern Piscataquis Co. Chamber of Commerce's log cabin headquarters is Lawrence Street (it will be on your left). Continue up Lawrence Street (it is a residential street), take your first left, then take your first right onto Mayo Street. The Higher Ed Center lies at the very end of Mayo Street.

West From Milo:
Take Route 6 east to Dover-Foxcroft. Go into the downtown area. At first stoplight, go straight over downtown bridge and take a right at the next stop light. Continue about a 1/10 mile. Across from the Southern Piscataquis Co. Chamber of Commerce's log cabin headquarters is Lawrence Street (it will be on your left). Continue up Lawrence Street (it is a residential street), take your first left, then take your first right onto Mayo Street. The Higher Ed Center lies at the very end of Mayo Street.

From I-95, Bangor Exit 186 (formerly exit 48a)
Take Route 15 north to Dover-Foxcroft's downtown area. Take a left at the first stoplight. Continue about a 1/10 mile. From I-95, Newport Exit 157 (formerly exit 39)
Follow Route 7 north into Dover-Foxcroft. The Higher Ed Center is accessed via Lawrence Street. Lawrence Street will be on your right and lies opposite the Southern Piscataquis Chamber of Commerce Building. The Chamber office is a small log cabin alongside the riverfront. You have gone too far if you come to a set of lights in Dover-Foxcroft's downtown area. Continue up Lawrence Street (it is a residential street), take your first left, then take your first right onto Mayo Street. The Higher Ed Center lies at the very end of Mayo Street.
