Piscataquis County Economic Development Council (PCEDC) requests Proposals from parties interested in purchasing one of two identified sites in the Town of Dover-Foxcroft and developing a hotel on that site.

Proposals and content are set forth in this Request for Interest/Proposal (“RFI/P”). 

Interested parties should submit their responses as outlined herein, no later than 5:00pm EST July 19, 2024. Please note that expressions of interest may be accepted at any time; however the PCECD will focus their attention to groups that show interest based on the schedule described in the document.
